HSMS Weekly Announcements

Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences, March 17-18
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be virtual again this semester and are scheduled on Wednesday, March 17 from 3:30-6:30 p.m. and Thursday, March 17 from 5:00-8:00 p.m.  All conferences must be PRE-SCHEDULED. Click HERE to schedule your conferences. You must sign-up for each individual instructor. If you need a list of your student’s teachers, please log into your PowerSchool account. If a teacher’s schedule is full, please email the teacher directly to make alternative arrangements. Click HERE for a staff directory with clickable email addresses. Closer to the date, your child’s teachers will send you a Zoom link for your conference. Use that link to enter the waiting room a minute or two before your meeting. Once the teacher finishes the previous appointment, they will allow you into your conference. If you don’t see a link in your email, please check your SPAM account. If you have any problems or find it difficult to sign-up, please call the middle school office for assistance at 526-4700.
