Harbor Springs Public Schools operates a comprehensive transportation system covering over 127 square miles with 5 regular routes. The District owns 9 buses that also provide transportation to and from athletic events, field trips, and other special activities.

School Cancellations
In the event school is cancelled to due weather-related or emergency situations, parents will be notified using our School Messenger system of texting, phone calls, and emails. Announcements will also be broadcast on local radio and news stations. Channel 9 and 10 News offers a school closing alert system as well that sends notifications via text.
