COVID Hazard Pay Notification

To all current and recent Harbor Springs Public Schools employees. The district has identified those employees eligible for the Teacher COVID-19 and Support Staff COVID-19 Grants created by Michigan Public Act 166 of 2020. Those staff have been sent Form 5734 to complete and return to the Central Office.  If you did not receive a notice and feel that you qualified but were inadvertently missed, please contact Pam or April the Central Office as soon as possible. Any appeals regarding eligibility must be received by December 4, 2020.  Complete information on the Grant Programs, including eligibility & forms are available at the Michigan Department of Treasury website.
